With the Cognitive Manual* functionality, you interact with a virtual assistant based on Artificial Intelligence, and answer the main questions about your vehicle.
In addition, the app allows all Volkswagen** car drivers to:
• schedule overhaul and maintenance services at network concessionaires
• register and call emergency and insurance contacts
• have all vehicle data at hand whenever you need it
• consult service history (only available for vehicles from the 2020 model)
• warranty seal (only available for vehicles from the 2020 model
• automatic recall alerts
• search and choose your favorite dealership
• contact with the customer relationship center
• fuel and CO2 calculator
• issue duplicate financing slips
*Cognitive Manual is available for Virtus, Tiguan Allspace, Novo Jetta, T-Cross, Novo Polo, Amarok, Nivus and Taos models.
